Independent Wellness AdvocateWelcome to the wonderful world of essential oils! I am absolutely passionate about wellness, and love to share helpful insights with everyone I meet. I am in the midst of pursuing my Level 1 Aromatherapist Certification. and have been a certified massage practitioner since 2004, and licensed since 2011, when licensing was first made available in PA. I've been using oils aromatically and topically in my practice for years, and recently switched to dōTERRA brand, because of their participation in clinical trials and emphasis on empirical research. This company is also striving to transform healthcare in America by way of an integrated approach that combines allopathic medicine with complementary and alternative modalities. I find dōTERRA's evidence-based practices and teachings to be particularly crucial, as I take classes for my Health Sciences degree, and advanced credentials as a Patient Health Advocate/Educator/Coach, to be completed by 2019.
