I currently use the Lifelong Vitality pack daily vitamins, On Guard Protective Blend Softgels, and PB Assist + pills every morning! I also love the On Guard toothpaste and foaming hand wash! I have diffusers going in almost every room of the house and I love experimenting with the different essential oils! The Holiday Joy is one of my favorites!
